The Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) is a non-profit trade association originally established in 1971 and owns the NMAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS). NMAR is the largest local Realtor Association in Montana and is dedicated to: - Unite those engaged in the real estate profession and positively influence the profession. - Promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. - Provide a unified and safeguarded medium for real estate owners and those engaged in the real estate profession. - Further the interests of home and other real property ownership. - Participate in the MONTANA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, thereby furthering local Realtors’ objectives throughout the state and nation, and obtaining the benefits and privileges of membership therein.
