Lakeside Community Chapel is a United Methodist Church originally established in 1906 in the Old Red School House. The current location at the intersection of Adams Street and Highway 93 North was built and commissioned Easter Sunday 1950. We currently offer one Sunday service at 10:00 am with communion served on the first Sunday of each month. Rev. Eun-sang Lee Rev. Lee was born in Inchon, South Korea and studied Korean language and literature at the prestigious Seoul National University. In 1978, Eun-sang came to the United States as an immigrant. In 1983, he became a Naturalized Citizen of the U.S.A. Since that time, Denver was his 'second home'. He received a BA in History from the University of Colorado -Denver and a Master's of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology. In 1993, Eun-sang was ordained an Elder in the United Methodist Church. He has served in churches in Denver and Salt Lake City. In July 2016, Rev. Lee was appointed Pastor, Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church in Wheat Ridge, Colorado outside Denver and served in that capacity until July 2020. He arrived in Lakeside at the end of July. Rev. Lee is married to Yvonne Lee who is also an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and served at a church in Aurora, Colorado. They have one living son and two grandsons. His regular office hours are Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or by appointment!
