Sacred Soundbath

Join us in this Sacred Sound Bath to replenish your mind and body. As you are guided into a relaxing meditative state, your nervous system will have an opportunity to reboot. Haley tunes into the frequency of the group to create a unique sound experience with the use of her voice and multiple instruments.

This sound bath will include Reiki; a gentle and loving energy that encourages balance and harmony. Instruments include Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, native drum, rain-sticks, crystal singing bowls, and vocal activation.
